How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All shirt orders ship within 3 business days. Shipping options can range within 2-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the level of service you select. If you ordered a digital download, your order will be processed immediately.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. If you live in Richmond, Virginia, and would like to pick up your order in Richmond, use the code RICHMONDONLY at checkout to avoid paying shipping. We'll contact you to arrange pickup.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
If your package gets lost in transit, no worries. We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Body Positive Yoga unfortunately can't take responsibility.
Where can I find the tracking information on my order?
We will send you tracking information with the automatic shipping notification you receive after an order is fulfilled. Tracking information can also be found by checking your order status.
Who pays the customs duties and taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees - any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you. I'd love to pay these fees for you but it is against federal law. Sorry!

How do you handle a returned shipment that was undeliverable as addressed?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If the item is returned to our facility, someone will contact you regarding the return. We will ship it back to you, however you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns are restocked after 30 days.
Will you restock sold out items?
Yes. Click the "email me when available" tab on any given product and enter your email address. We'll notify you when the item is back in stock.
You don't have my size.

How do I open my digital book?
You'll receive a zip file, which contains the PDF, ePub, and Kindle versions of the book. It's probably easiest to email or text this file to yourself so you can open it on a computer. Then you can transfer the file of choice to your phone, device, or eReader. If you need help click "message us" or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
