About the author: Kelley Carboni-Woods was born and raised in North Carolina. She is a business owner, natural hair stylist, podcast host and yoga teacher. She is focused on making the practice of yoga accessible to all and strives to make her classes welcoming to everyone. She has a focus on teaching the living practice of yoga. Her belief that yoga is more than a physical practice is lead by the positive influence yoga has had in her own life. Kelley loves cooking, biking, watching movies, reading, playing scrabble and traveling with her family. She thanks her mother Gloria, a librarian, for her love of reading and for instilling a thirst for knowledge. Kelley lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband Christian and two sons, Palmer and Duke.
